This 71 unit development provides a mix of unit sizes incorporating townhomes and the apartment style. A courtyard runs through the townhomes to create a private "street" for gardens and play areas allowing for passive connection with neighbours. The entire development sits upon a parkade. BGA worked with the City to improve off-site street requirements and achieve amenity and landscape standards that changed as the design progressed.
